The Leonard is a boutique complex of 48 contemporary apartments, conceptualised to become a thriving sanctuary for relaxation, convenience and culture in Bankstown, NSW. Brochures, marketing flyers, and sales book with each floor and unit’s floor plans were made to market the upcoming property, keeping in mind the brand and aesthetic of this contemporary complex in Sydney’s southwest.
